Clutch kit

Default Clutch kit

so i was doing my clutch plates took everything out drenched the new plates in oil overnight put the new plates back in put torque down the springs put the cranckcase back on filled her up with oil and nothing i now have no clutch what so ever i tried the adjuster but no clutch

Was your pressure plate lined up? I don't know for sure on our bikes, as I haven't tore into one yet...but when I was rebuilding a quad motor, I noticed that the pressure plate would only properly seat in on position while being very close four other places

Make sure that spring retention ring is put in the right direction. I don't know how many times i pulled that thing apart because i had no clutch feel. You don't need to seal it or oil it up make sure its put together first and then test test test. I don't have a manual in front of me to reread that part but that was my problem.

Same thing is going on with me. No clutch. From the video clip I saw it looked so damn easy and straight to the point. I dont get where I went wrong
