Default charging system problem, i think..

ok let me start from the beginning.. I got my 02 f4i about 6 months ago.. so one day on the way home from work i got a little ahead of myself and anyway needles to say I put the front tire in the air and lost it.. so it wasnt too bad i was moving pretty slowly.. bent a clip on broke the stator cover and cracked the tail fairing... so anyway.. got it all back together so the bike was rattling at idle and up into the rpms took a guess and replaced the cctl and noise is gone. But now when im riding as soon as the temps gets up around 200 -215 degrees the bike stalls and acts as if the battery is dead. once it cools down to say 100 degs or so.. starts back up just fine. i dont get it anyone have any clues that could help me out.. i was thinking it was the stator maybe since the bike did fall on that side. but if i put a volt meter to the battery when its running i get 14.3v.. im at a loss and i really miss riding.. any help would be great.. thanks guys.
