Ok so I went in and level'd out the two bulbs so that they are both at the same angle. Yet it still seems that the high beam bulb is brighter, am I just imagining things?

 

the high beam is more concentrated like a spotlight. Look closely at the lightbulb housings the low beam has 2 horizontal lines that are above and below the bulb.I was thinkn of getting the same housing on both sides, but I think I might lose some visibilty.
