Default Carrying an extra helmet

Is there any way to carry an extra helmet off the side of the bike or do I need to get a bungee net to keep it on top of the rear part of the seat?

sure, hook the "D" ring onto the hook under the passenger seat. pop the seat back on and you're good to go.

It's best to combo it up with a chain to completely secure your helmet since thieves can just cut the strap.
