CA model V.S. NV model??????
Ok, heres my question..... My brother in law has a 05 F4i and i have a 01 F4i. I have a power commander(not dyno tuned yet), yoshi rs-3 full exhaust, & a k&n air filter. All he has is a slip on Rs-3 muffler. His is a 49 state bike (bought in NV),mine is a CA model. As far as im aware the vacume canister is the only visual differance.....RIGHT....
Well then why is his so much faster than mine?
From a 60mph roll same rpm, and in thesame gear, he has a passanger and im solo, he walks away from me? WHY????

RE: CA model V.S. NV model??????
well when it comes to the pcIII i installed a base map on it from dyno-jet to the closest decription ofwhat my bike had done to it, and it ws running way to rich. It was backfiring when i let ff the gas and i could smell the unburnet fuel when it was idling. So i leaned it out and it got rid of the backfiring but my brother-in-laws bike is still faster.Like all ngines , it rus way better in the cool nights.
somebody once told me that there was a differance in the cams, but thats what im tryn to figure out.
because ven B4 i got the pcIII and all i had was K&n and full exhaust with the same tooth-count sprckets he was still fater. IDK what the hell is goin on.
