Default Burnt Headlight??

Hey, i havea 02 cbr600f4i, just purchased it 3 days ago. Anyways the right headlight wont come on. I thought it was a burnt out bulb at first but when i turn on the brights they both turned on. So do you guys think i should replace the bulb anyways or could it be something else?

Since you're new I won't go too hard on you, hopefully others are the same The left light is the low beam and the right light is the high beam. If you just have the low beams on, the right one won't light up. They are not dual filament bulbs.

Welcome to the one-eyed Jack club. I pulled up behind a guy in a Cadillac last month. He was gesturing wildly and finally, when we stopped at a light, he got out and started to walk back toward me.

But I've seen that look before...I switched on the highbeam and he turned around and went back to the car. One of these days, I'm gonna wire around that.

This has happened to be several times in one form or another.
