boots drag

i like to ride on the balls of my feet so i can shift my weight around easier and my riding boots outer front edges drag before my peg feelers. who makes some good affordable rearsets that raise and move your feet back a little? thanks

thanks, but damn those things are expensive. i only ride on the street. maybe i should just back it off some and slow down. i'll probably eventually lowside anyway. damnit, lean angle is my cocaine. if i ever get to the track, i'll have to get some new rearsets before i go[sm=icon_rock.gif]

Ya, those are the only ones I have found so far. Pricy as heck but... Still thinking about them myself.

Yea they are pricey. I just make sure I put my toes on the pegs when I ride the corners. Right now Im a on the lookout for a 954 or an RVT that I can make into my street track bike.
I think I will only put a highmount exhaust - Power Commander - Race Rear Sets - and better brake lines. Other than that I am going to leave the rest of the bike stock. No gear changing or anything like that.

I cant wait!!!

well. . . my boots have replaceable toe sliders (oxtar tcs)

i also removed the extension on the pegs so you can lean just that much more over. i know i need a new set of toe sliders now as a ground them down on the BRP over the weeeknd. . . it didn't get fun until the mountain passes in NC but it was all worth the ride. 400miles of curves can't be beat. the tires are pretty much all balled up on the edges and its time for new rubber for me. only thing that sucks is putting 3000 miles in a week on that flat board crappy f4i seat. another thing i noticed is that the right side fairing looks like it scraped the ground too while leaned all the way over. . . .meh cause i have picutres right before i left that morning and pics after and the scrape wasn't there. . so im happy i didn't die lol

Somebody makes a set of pegs that rotate on a pivot -- moves the pegs up about 1.5" max. They were very reasonable at somewhere around $50.

Ah ha! I found a link!! footpegs
