just to clarify, PUSH start NOT JUMP START.

IMHO there is NO reason you should ever have to jump start a F4i. Just put it in first hold the clutch, get it rolling as fast as you can run, hop on and pop the clutch. She'll start right up. Jumping from a car runs a very good risk of jacking up your electrics. Bikes already have twichy wiring and barely adequate rectifiers.

I am a cheap bastard and it took me a couple weeks to replace a dead battery once.

Well I tried a push start, and nothin happened. Its just rolled alittle and then the engine brought me to a stop. Just curious is that normal? Or is the engine supposed to keep turning? Well my next step is gonna be to change the plugs, hopefully that will work.

First or second gear or third?? I help push start a chopper the other day, he used third.

Well I got one of my plugs out of my bike(still waiting for the new plugs to arive). Man oh man, they are black. I am thinkin carbon or oil foulin. Looks more like carbon though. Could this of just been bad fuel or could I have a more serious problem? Also my bike is stock now except PC, its set at 0 across the board and as far as I know its got a stock fuel map. So if you guys have any insight id appreciate it.
