For sake of overall driveability I would stay with a stock clutch set-up. Your clutch is probably just worn out and a new one would fix your problem. How many miles are on your bike... Mine has about 30,000 with original clutch and it power wheelies just fine.

I'm a stock-is-right kind of guy when it comes to mechanical parts of a bike so that's my bias. If you do decide to go aftermarket let us know how it goes. And as far as the pressure plate... i don't know.

I had a stock went to a barnett burned it up in one summer and went back to stock. Stay with the OEM its better for doing wheelies.
