Default Is the banana seat more comfortable?

The front seat on the split seat bikes is really thin and slightly sloped forward so it constantly tries to jam my dick into the tank. The banana seat looks slightly flatter, so I'm wondering if anyone has tried both and could say if one is comfier than the other.

Banana still slid me foward into the tank. Otherwise its a personal preference and you'll have to try em both.

I was wondering the same thing. After about an hour of riding, my crank is killing me from being jammed up on the tank and my buns hurt way more than on my Yamaha. The split seat on the F4i is like sitting on plywood. Anybody tried modding the seat?

Have you tried riding in an athletic supporter with a plastic cup? Seriously, it's a gift from god when your nuts hurt....

I use to have an 01 years ago, and I recently (just this spring) bought an 06. To me, from a pure comfort perspective, I can ride farther and longer on my 06 opposed to my 01. Seat style aside, the F4i is everything I remember and I'm glad to be riding one again

That's an awesome idea! Brilliant! I'll give it a shot on my next long ride.
