600F4inoober, I think the guy that sold you the pipe was a little misinformed. bootleg___'s name is Tom, and he worked for Yamaha's GYTR division.

Ya you know I dont know where I got "Jim" from, I may have remembered him wrong...He said it was a fuel1racing pipe and that the pipe was personally delivered to him by the fabricator as the seller lived in Orange California. So if Tom's shop was near Orange, Im sure it was him!

Thanks man. Ya everything turned out good. Im glad I got to take some things apart on the bike and gain the experience and get more familiar with all the components. Everything worked out and Im VERY happy with this slip on. I cant stress enough how good it sounds.

Looks like you are form IL, I was born and raised in Chicago on the north side Lincoln park. Moved out west 3 yrs ago...love the weather out here but miss the city. Go cubs!

Laughable.

Hey so kind of random, but does anyone know where I can find the overlay "camo-like" decal seen on this bike? (Its overlayed on the black decal on the gas tank) I thought it was very unique but it may be custom.
