Ive gotten my F4i up and running after sitting for almost 6 years. I still have a few issues, and im not sure how to solve them.

1. On cold starts it pumps out white smoke. But it goes away after the bike is warm.

2. Ive noticed between 5k to 7k RPMs its seems to be bogging and hesitant. Once past 7k it opens up nicely.

3. im burning alot of gas. Friday i rode it to work for the first time. i burned an entire tank in 45 miles.



My question is, would new spark plugs fix my issues?

 

New plugs and a fuel pressure regulator I'm guessing would help fix a couple of those issues
