Do you guys think i'll be okay for a 40 mile ride home to get my torque wrench? Or am I gonna do some damage?

Hypothecally speaking, if one were to suggest that yes, you would be OK, and then something were to happen, would the respondent thereby be held liable in part by the advisee for any perceived and/or factual responsibility relating to any damages incurred by such suggestion?

I would think not, being that the advisor is not speaking as a professional but 'some guy on a forum with an opinion'. But a good lawyer can do rotten things with that...

hahaha. thanks dave. again, i just don't wanna damage anything seeing as i don't have the money to start replacing rear ends =)
