^Or judging by the marks, dropped, cracked, and needed a new one, or bike period. I considered it, but then realized the proportions would probably be slightly off.

With that road rash & crack that could "easily" be fixed, I'd have to wonder if that subframe is still straight. Even from the tiny pic, I'd have to say that it *appears* not quite straight. Def would want a return guarantee on that one.
