I love riding 2up. Especially when she knows what to do back there. my ex knew how to ride and it was great. This new girl I had on there knows how to do it too, just has a problem seeing over me so is not knowing when to expect the oncoming turns. She used to ride on back of an R6 which the passenger seat was higher. I am 6'4, she is prob 5'4 or 5'6

Relaxation is key. I use hand signalsas reminders. Encouragement goes a long way. I had a new passenger this weekend and it took awhile, butbymid-day she was comfortable leaning far over in the sweeping turns, and then the speed could safely increase.
It was a bear when 1st saddling up. I used my remote preload adjuster to stiffen the rear end, and reduced therebound damping and the bike began to feel closer to 1-up. I could then manuever easily.
Another thing is to properly prepare them for the ride and what to expect. Insist they wear good safety gear and give them a pre-ride safety breifing (sp?).
