As the title suggest i wanna know if anyone has done a brake swap. Want to know whats needed to take 929 brake calipers and put them on my bike ( 02 f4i ) . Are they compatable? Do i need all of the 929's brake system or can i just swap the brake calipers!?


Anyone do the fork swap?

just do a gsxr-1000 6 piston swap.....its real easy and all you need is longer brake lines.

 

ive done the 929 fork swap, big difference great feel for stoppies.

need forks, triples, rotors, calipers, clipons, wheel, and fender if you run one.

Dunno if you can just use 929 brakes ont he stock f4i forks i know the rotors and wheel are slightly diff.
