Default 2002 Honda F4i Clicks and Possible Engine Seize

Hi I recently picked up this 2002 F4i from a friend and it does not currently run it was drained of oil and gas while it sat. Im not sure how but I believe the engine is seized and heres why. In first, second and third gear the bike rear wheel does not spin with I push it so I pulled the spark plugs, added Marvel Mystery Oil and let it sit for 2 hours before popping it in 6th gear and slowly pushing it back and fourth. It spun in 6th, 5th, and 4th gear but I was not able to get it moving in the lower gears. If it is not a seized engine then the next option is the clicking sound. I have a new battery and when I press start it goes down to 7 or 6 volts. The starter relay is getting volts and I was not able to reach the starter motor. I think if I take the throttle body out I can reach hit but I was wondering if there is any other way I can test it or take it out? Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Where did you put the marvel mystery oil? Down the spark plug holes or in the oil? If it's seized you want it on top of the pistons to relubricate the piston rings. Automatic Trans Fluid does amazing at this as well.

I put it down all 4 spark plug holes and leaving it there over night to see if it gets better tomorrow. I'll take note of the Automatic Trans Fluid if this does not work thanks.

If you get far enough into it you could directly jump the starter to make it turn over in order to test if its a bad relay/wiring or if the starter is in fact dead. Cranking the engine with no spark plugs in it takes away all compression and reduces the resistance to turn over and might help break it free if its seized. It WILL shoot whatever left over marvel is still in the cylinder out the sparkplug hole 20 feet into the air or splash all over the place. Heads up on that. If it starts to rotate, let it spin for a few seconds to "clean" the rust off while there's still lots of lube in there.

Ok ill try to test the starter and jump it to see if that moves and definitely get some towels for when that oil pops out. Hopefully its a starter issue and nothing with the engine but I'll be back tomorrow and let you know thanks for the help.

Ok so I was able to test the starter motor today. The battery charge is a little low so I put in on the charger so I can try again later with more volts. The starter relay is getting volts and so is the starter motor both around 12.35v. The starter motor is free from the engine so in theory it should spin without problems but it only did one time randomly and I could not recreate it. Every other time it just clicks at the relay again. Here are some videos I took of the starter relay and motor when I try to start.

I charged the battery and even with 13 volts the outcome was the same. I am suspecting its the motor so I am going to try and pull it tomorrow so I can be sure.

that looks exactly like a fried starter. sometimes they just die. sometimes when they're at the end of their life they might stop rotating at the exact bad spot where there's not a good enough connection inside the motor to rotate again. at that point you might get a few more starts out of it by manually turning it and then trying again, but if that even works it will only work a few times.

Ok sounds good thanks a lot I'll buy one and swap that out and hopefully it will get the bike running. Thanks a lot for your help and I'll update here when I get the new one installed.
