It will not increase actual speed, for that you would need more HP, or gearing (going + up front, or - on the rear), or decreasing frontal area, or becoming more aerodynamic, or all of them.

Its nice to believe you are going faster...but in all actuality you are not going that fast. Due to the change of the sprockets, your speedometer is moving faster than it is actually going. Unless you have a "Speedohealer" on your bike you will always be seeing a faster speed on your speedometer than your going. Get a GPS and track it. You will see. Not to mention changing out your sprockets without a Speedohealer will rack up more miles on your bike.

Even a stock bike with stock gears is not perfect. There will always be a slight percentage error when your riding 100+ mph. With my speedohealer, we were able to track the actual speed with that and a GPS.

To a point, yes you are correct. Extra weight will put a damper on the TS, however maximum speed will not be alter by loosing weight.

I understand that a bigger rear sprocket or a smaller front will lower your 6th gear redline speed. But what im saying is that in 6th gear at WOT you CAN'T get to redline because you run out of HP. Atleast with a 600.

So by doing a small gear ratio change (-1 front only or +2 rear only), you will now be able to get to 6th gear redline to use those extra rpms. Any significant change in the ratio like -1+2 or more will be too much and obviously lose top and and hit redline much sooner in 6th.

I'm only talking a few mph here, nothing crazy. And im not worried about doing 150+ on the reg lol, that's what a liter bike is for.
