Default 02 f4i vibration help

hey guys im new to the forum and i need some hel with a bike i recently purchased. its an 02 f4i unsure of miles was told cluster has been changed. anyways the problem is a vibration that starts at 4500 rpm. either drivin or sittin still just revving. doesnt matter which gear or speed. ive read alot about the cct and i have one ordered just unsure if it causes that kind of vibration. i have checked all bolts and everything seems tight. the bike has a stunt cage but ive ridden other bikes with them and the vibration wasnt there. could the valves need adjusting or what ? any help is appreciated.

The cctl only makes a buzzing noise. It's not related to and cannot cause any vibrations unless it's totally shot and not applying any tension to the cam chain. (destroyed valvetrain is the result)

The mileage is stored in the cluster, not the ECU. so changing the cluster WILL show different milage.

Some have said that stunt cages can actually cause vibrations because of the added weight hanging off the frame/motor allowing for resonance... The cage also means that most likely there is a history of abuse with the bike. Is the cage pretty rashed up? Have you tired removing it to see if the vibes are still there?

That said, ALL bikes vibrate a little, you are sitting on top of a high reving engine. you're sure it's more than the average vibe?

All bike will vibrate a bit at certain rev ranges. Barend weights will help.
