Does this look like the jumper jumper im suppose to cross as its the only one I have that looks like it under the seat.

if it is....

when I turn the key on... the fi light goes out when its not jumped..

when i jump it and turn the key on... the light stays solid?

does that make sense or am i looking at the wrong spot?

yes it does. it just means you dont have any codes. if you're riding your bike.. and it shuts off and gives you a solid FI light... then the service manual says its your ECM that is faulty. but before you go swapping the ECM, you may want to double check if the connection to the battery is screwed in securely.

I had a similar problem to yours a few years back. it turns out that the battery terminals came loose.

You were correct turns out it was my battery connection. Thanks for the help guys.
