Default 02 cbr600f4i overheating

My 02 cbr600f4i is overheating and it's frustrating me. I've replaced my thermostat, radiator cap and I've flushed and cleaned out my radiator and put new coolant in it and I'm still overheating in town a lot and I can't think of anything else that could be wrong... My fan works good and my radiator looks good and water pump seems to be working properly but it's still overheating... anyone got any ideas what else I should look into?

Please help!

Checked engine compression?

Valves clearance check?

How many miles on the engine?

Oil level is normal?

Does fan come on before overheating?

How high does the temperature go up to?

Oil level is good only about 12,500 miles on the motor the fan does kick on before overheating and the temp goes up to about 250 then the red light comes on and it starts to overheat... I should probably check compression
