Where's the weak link?
I usually have a tendency to over build most of my projects. So far my CBR has been a very very cheap and fun little bike. Because it is such a cheap bike so maintain and work on, I am not so afraid to have more fun with it. (Abuse)
I will be taking this bike to the track. 1/4 mile.
Not my first rodeo there.
Question is. I did some searching here, and I am not pulling much up on weak spots. Honda is great at building long lasting dependable machines, but from my experience you start pushing anything hard and you find the weak spots.
So what will I break first? Wipe a gear? Clutch Basket? Shift forks while shifting with no clutch? I'm sure this has been posted before. I'm just not having luck with the search engine.
Thanks guys. =)

The bike weighs more and has less power than newer 600cc so you will have a hard time making great times with her, but as far as a weak point in the engineering, F2's are tough.
Yeah, I don't plan on hitting great numbers here. I don't even expect to hit numbers as nice as my CB900F, unless I really nail the 60, and 330ft.
Just something to practice with and have fun with.
I have undercut gears before, and have come across it on the forum. Thanks. =)

typically it's not the clutch if you are shifting to 2nd hard and it pops back to 1st. especially if it does it on clutchless shifts. That is usually identifying an issue with the shift star detents, or the dogs in the trans are rounding. The undercut helps the dogs engage each other and not separate under load.
