Rear Shock Question!
So I had a shock from a '94(I think) modified to fit my first generation Interceptor 500, but the hose coming out of the top of the shock interferes with either the mount for the pulse generator or the battery depending on how I mount the shock. My question is this:
Can I remove the hose and get a new one made with a 90* fitting on the end so it doesn't stick out? Or is there some sort of pressure in there when the shock is off the bike?
Here's the website for the modification:

The guy is legit, and many people on the Interceptor forums has done business with him so I don't think he ripped me off.
Thanks!

If it was modified to fit your bike, why doesn't it fit?
If you paid that company for a shock that should fit, you should give him a phone call and tell him your problem.
Maybe your battery or pulse generator mount are not installed correctly?
