Default F3 rear shock question

So, everything I read says the F3 doesn't have a rebound adjustment on the rear shock. So what is this setting called "tension" on the bottom of my rear shock? It is factory because there is a piece of factory plastic with a hole in it that says tension on it that leads to the screw.

Yes that screw is for rebound setting, the collar is for preload adjustment and the compression setting is on the shock reserve.

TY, that's what I thought, but everyone says no rebound.
