Default Pilot/Slow Jet Adjustment Question

How far should I back out the Pilot/Slow Jet (needle) after seating?

Thanks, going back to stock, have them turned out 3 and the idle (at start) was way too high. Just figured if I back it back out the idle will be normal (at start).

Actually, backing the screw out allows more fuel - if your certain your idle is high due to a rich pilot circuit, you need to turn them further in.

JNS, originally I had them out 3 full turns (per the Honda tech's reccomendatio) but the bike was running way too rich and would flood and foul the plugs. I backed them out to 2 full turns and the bike "seems" to be running better. Thanks.
