Red face How to read rear shock preload ???

Hi all, I measured the sag on the rear-end and it's right around 30mm, so I don't have to mess with the preload, BUT I don't know what setting it's even on... There is no mark or arrow that points to the numbers indicating the correct setting, so it's hard to tell. I am assuming the number at the very top middle point of the shock collar is the current setting??? I don't have a spanner wrench, otherwise I could probably figure it out. Thanks for any help.
