Right size fuse? Fan caught and not able to spin freely?

Those would be my 2 queses, make sure that you can spin the fan freely and its not stuck on anything and make sure you are using the right size fuse.

Next thing to do is check wires...make sure no wires are crimped or shorted on the frame/together or whatever. Check make sure your plug to the fans not melted.

Just go through and make sure none of the wires have any nicks on the outer cover exposing the metal wire inside. Make sure no wires are crushed or anything. Makes sure none are melted, etc.

If any are bad, you can most likely get away with cutting, splicing, soldering, and heat shrinking them back together if its a small section.

You could, Is it as reliable? No. Its better to solder, and shrink em. Do it right the first time so you dont have to do it again.
