CBR F2 noob mistake trying to adjust alighnment. Please Help

Jack up the bike to take the weight off the front end.

^^^^Ditto. block of wood under the oilpan - bridge across a couple of the fins that extend off the bottom of the pan.

either that or find a strong friend.

Ive been known to hang the front from a strong tree branch in times of need.

Do you have a friend with an engine hoist? I used to have to use my engine hoist to change tires on my Sportster.
