i rode my cbr after i cleaned them real good

it pulls great

some reason when i am crusing around 4,00 rpms-4,500 rpms

it seem abit lean other then that runs great .this is with a slip on pipe when i have my stock one on it doesnt doit it runs great any ideas

Check the pipe's web-site to see if/what they recommend for a change in the
main jets. This is pretty typical for the exhaust change scenerio. Most
after-market cans have less restriction and tend to run a bit off in the 4-5k range.
This tendency is compounded if you are running a K&N air filter, as well.
