does it say theres no oil pressure after its started? its regular for a bike to say no oil pressure when its cranking. i would say the carbs were knocked a bit and are not adjusted properly anymore.

could have oil in the carbs too, a power washer at work got oil in the carbs and air filter, so check the air filter, if that has oil, clean it and then pull and clean the carbs.

Bike goes over, it may not want to "simply start". I'd be surprised if it does.
  • Check the oil (ignore the dash).
  • Check the battery voltage (you may have drained it trying to get it to start)
  • Check the plugs for oil (bike goes over, fluids go everywhere)
  • Check the air box (see above about fluids)
  • Hit the starter a couple times while the plugs are out (warning: be prepared for a mess if she really needs to "clear her throat")

PULL YOUR SPARK PLUGS!

Your cylinders could be full of oil, and if you crank it over with a cylinder full of oil or gas you are going to bend a rod!

That's why I said to hit the starter while the plugs are out and be prepared for a mess

Just thought I would add the ALL CAPS!!!!!!!! To get the point across, haha...

He says he has already tried cranking it over, I'm assuming without pulling the plugs.

I hope there's no serious damage!
