I have a 93 F2 with no main stand but the brackets are still there so I want to fit a replacement.

I'm in the English East Midlands and will travel within reason to collect or I'll pay UK postage.

 

If you happen to find 2 give me a shout buddy I also have a 93 F2 missing its main stand which makes life a little harder when you need to strip the bike completely (facepalm)

 

There "is one on EvilBay but it's £60 which I personally think is extortion at its "finest, some people see F2 parts as being the proverbial gold mine and like nothing better than to hike up prices, puts me in mind of the fizzy (FS1E) I've just built and sold cost me a FORTUNE on parts to get that done.

 

I managed to find one on e-bay for £35 complete including delivery - never did understand why people remove them as they're so useful and the weight saving is so marginal.

 

That's great news well done, I'm tending to think some remove them so the arm that sticks out doesn't hit the deck as you have it leaned over, possibly, it's the only reason I can think of.
