I have no rush to get them, 78046.

I've got some bar-end sliders that I now no longer need.
OEM steel bar-end/weights, with mounting screws - $5 + shipping.

And a set of Vortex plastic bar-ends, with hardware, and 1 extra slider, in case you booger one up! $12 + shipping.

I do still have the master cylinder, I'll pack it tonight for a shipping estimate.

Unfortunately I don't have any spares of those pivot bolts, as I re-used them with the new levers on each bike, but, if I were you, I'd take one of the levers to a hardware store, and find the appropriate length of small cap screw (it's probably M6 - not sure of the pitch), and see if they have a brass insert in the size you need to go around the bolt/screw, and fit right in the inner diameter of the mounting hole in the lever. This would be cheaper than OEM, which is $9 - $10 for the pair, but having to possbily cut/grind to make the inserst the right length, if you did find one with the right OD/ID, might be more work than what it's worth for you, as with the price of fasteners going up all the time, it would probably only save you a dollar to anyway!
