100 down to 85 = 1.25
65 down to 45 = 1.625x
That means more torque was lost as a ratio than horsepower... a lot more.
I realize that HP is torque-rpm so that makes some sense... just surprised me to see that big a jump. I'd have to get a piece of paper out to work out the max hp and max torque rpms.

This is getting a bit off topic - but I do know the hp marks for an F4 and F4i... I've got my own dyno results here.
My point was that the rate of loss for torque was much higher than hp. That makes sense because hp is a product of torque... from that bit of information you can then figure out the rest. It is mathmatically interesting
