Just a small bucket of cold water: Justifiable homicide laws get murkier than roiled mud when applied outside the home. The expectation to attempt retreat before resorting to lethal force is high outside the home (and inside the home in some stupid states like mine).
And given we're talking about us riding motorcycles that can destroy most cars under $100k, I wouldn't expect to be doing this:

I had a college chick share my left turn lane with me while passing me on the right hand side. If I hadn't seen her there it could have been really ugly for both of us! I wanted to chase her down and read her the riot act, but it was too hot and I was in full gear!
They really need to make those little moped riding fukk heads take a motorcycle course! I mean, they do some really stupid stuff on them down on the campus here...

Dunno about other states (believe most are the same) but here in PA it's required to have a class M license for anything over 50cc. During my BRC about 1/4th the class was there for mopeds
I'm down for the cause (so to speak) if someone wants to do a three honk pull with an empty... sanctioned track... however! It does get a bit irritating when there's a lot of traffic and they're trying to chase me down. Given, I could be blamed for inciting the incident as I do very very very VERY rarely ride somewhat spiritedly, but when there's a good amount of traffic and I've seen them make a few lane changes without signals, having them hover by me makes me nervous to do anything but sit tight in my lane in full view of them.
It's kind of funny, I remember back in my Evo days (this was in late '04/early '05 when the evo was still a new car trying to gain recognition) a lot of bikes would try to challenge me. So I remember this one night a couple of bikes came flying up and hovered next to me and I immediately thought they wanted to play a bit of cat n' mouse. However, after a bit of chasing them up one of them turned and gave me a dirty look and sped off and it left me confuzzled. Funny to see things from the other side of the playing field.
