hmm, so.. what if budget is not a factor? im far from rich, but i have a good hook up on professional car painting which i am told he can also do bikes/anything as well. its my cousin in law who married my female cousin and(even though he is cool as hell and is my good graces) wants to do all my work for free/cost of materials so he doesnt come up missing, and he said the materials are usually layin around the shop, so basically free. is it worth it?

Krylon only comes in select colours. I would recommend going to an autoparts store that sells paint supplies and getting them to shoot your paint with the matching gun, thatway, you can get something almost exact and it will only take them about an hour to mix. You can get it in spray can or pint whichever you choose. And NO just because you use a spray can doesnt mean its going to chip. It all depends on your prep and your technique. Using a spray can if done properly will give you the exact same result as a paint gun.

any autozone or advanced auto parts sells this paint: dupont "fan spray" spraypaint. color code is:ultra silver.use"FILLER PRIMER,for your base,silver for color then use clear to seal it.(if you use the clear the way its suppose to be use it will last).primer,colour, and clear,all are spraycans.sand it good. if you need some pictures i can send in pm.
