What year is the Ural?
I found a little info with some pics of a very pretty 97 in a book I have. Seems they've never taken to change in technology....

 

They stopped importing them from Russia into Vietnam in 1984. Prior to that they used them from the late 60s for the Police and military.

So, all Urals in Vietnam are registered as 'Pre-1984' That is what is on the registration papers.

So I have no definite year.

I do know it is a M67 650cc Ural that is Pre 1984
