Will these wheels fit?

I have a buddy with wheels off of an '04 R6, and he said that he's willing to GIVE me the wheels if they'll fit my bike.

just get some dimensions... mainly the axle diameter. after that would be measuring what spacers would be needed to center it. and then what rotors would work with the wheel.
