what up guys..

just picked up my 954rr about a week ago and loving everything about it. Best thing about it came is that it came with a couple of goodies including...gpr stabalizer, tb carbon fiber slip-on, solo seat cowl(spelling?), intigrated rear lights, flush front turn signals. not bad for $4800 i think not bad and oh and it only had 13xxx. But get this, the guy who owned it before me never had frame sliders. thinking about the ones on ebay that are an inch longer than normal and are made of delrin. cost is $24 bucks plus shipping. seems a bit low. does any one know of there quality first hand and what other products out there especially on ebay should i avoid?

i have the 5in, 6in with caps frame sliders on my 954... some ppl love them some hate them.. they are great if you drop your bike at a low speed or if your stopped, but some argue that if you lay over your bike at a high rate of speed they could catch something and cause your bike to flip and total your bike instead of protecting it... but the ones i bought off of ebay are about 5in of polished metal with black end caps, which if you do lay it over the cap should take the hit and nothing else.... but i like mine they look good and make a good recliner while im crusing along but hey make your own choice.

 

hey harvey, does this guy that is on ebay have his own website, and ebay store name of supply-n-demand? if so, i just bought some from him ebay. awesome product. i got the 4 inch delrin framesliders and rear spools w/ extended swing arm sliders. would rec. him to anyone!!!!!
