Default tip toe

i recently got a 954 but have not had the chance to ride it because its been painted, my problem is that when i sit on the bike i cant plant both feet on the ground. i was wondering if anyone else has this problem and i was wondering if lowering the rear will alter the performance or handeling of the bike in any way?

If you lower the rear please lower the front also! I think it is pretty lame to see a sportbike sitting low in the rear and high in the front. It is simple to lower the front to match. Also you can try softening your suspension, ive heard of shaving some of the foam from the seat but I dont see more than a 1/2' difference.

my brother was the previous owner of the bike and he had previously lowered the front and said that it didnt handle too good, and when i sat on it id didnt make much of a difference but ofcourse ill lower the front if i lower the back it does look ****ty otherwise.

Cripes, may need some adjustable rearsets to be able to shift though.

You can get a reverse gear to help out if that's the issue
