rode the bike for 300 miles heared something pop and then sounds like a harley noise comming from engine (exhaust noise like their is no headers) but no leak felt on headers looks like it may be comming from the top of the engine

 

Check your plugs, perhaps you blew one out, or one came loose.

 

I second the plugs idea,It happened to me once,the cap came loose.

I got on my bike the other morning, and it sounded the same, gutless, so i checked it out and my # 3 came off too. I have had a really hard time trying to figure out how the spark plug works, I am new to sport bikes, and the way plugs are set up, leaves me with alot of questions. the manual does not help, and when i got #3 out i had no idea ho to get to the spark plug out of the ignition coil? and the ignition coil just kinda came out? I put it back in as tight as possible and i think maybe there is another one with the same problem, a loose connection or somthing? I would love some advice
