Reserve light

Default Reserve light

Just curious as to when everybodys reserve light comes on. Mine just came on at 110, depending on how i ride it comes on around 110-115.

mine usually comes on around 130 with a full tank, but u can ride a good 35 miles when the light is on, the reserve is a gallon or just about 0.9

I've heard of guys getting 45 mpg on their 954's.... maybe something is wrong... i've considered that quite possibly it wasn't broke in properly????

I guess that flapper mod does'nt help the fuel mileage.

I wonder if fuel mapping and timing could yield better mpg?

Mine is on about 110-125. Just depends how many times i see 7K+ on the tach.

i wouldn't really see the flapper mod making a difference.. a good custom map tuning would increase gas milage i would think, and yes the lower rpms the less gas you use so it all depends
