Remove HTEV or not?
Assuming that either way, I will have a PCIII and custom map made.
I am trying to decide between a Devil 1/2 SB2 system that does not remove the HTEV, and a Scorpion Oval GP 3/4 system that does.
Both pipes are high mounts. Bike is an '03 954rr with the flapper and PAIR mod already done, and a PCIII arriving tomorrow.
Opinions? I want to make a decision tomorrow on the pipe, thanks!

Well, I got a custom tune today and it is putting down 137hp at the wheel with the Art Pro Series bolt-on, stock filter and a PCIII.
I will remove the HTEV and retune it and see what it comes up with.
According to Honda, the HTEV is there for noise control, not performance, as is the flapper. So as soon as I can get a Hass HTEV Eliminator, I will throw that in and see how much difference it makes.
