Default Recommended brake pads?

I need to replace the front brake pads on my 954RR and after doing a quick search on eBay I can see all sorts of aftermarket options. So, my question is what have you guys had the best success with?

OEM?
Organic aftermarket?
Ceramic aftermarket?
Other?

Not knowing about a lot of the options, I'm definitely open to recommendations. Any pads/options to absolutely avoid? Thanks!

Fair enough, I've seen them on eBay for between $19.99 shipped and maybe $45 + shipping, so really just wanted to quantify if there are any I should absolutely avoid.

If you don't do a lot of track then I would recommend OEM.

If you aren't racing the bike just go with the cheap eBay organic pads.

If you do hard racing track days you may want to get Ceramic pads (the sixity ceramics on eBay are supposed to perform well).

I like to run the EBC HH pads. Normally around $35 a set

I appreciate the feedback guys. Another rider I work with pretty much echoed your sentiments of "doesn't matter, and be sure to use them heavily as they last forever for most riders and are a lot cheaper than relying on your engine for compression braking all the time".
