Just had my done here in Portland, Oregon. I believe it was around 200. I was having work done at a shop that does tuningand body work but not wheels so they had them sent out. That did not include the labor for taking the wheels on and off.

not too much of a hassle to press out bearings before powder coating, i totally agree replace withnew bearings theyarent expensive.when you get wheels back i found acool trick to setting bearings put your bearings in the freezer over night before inserting into hub also heat hub slighty with heat gun (low heat setting) the bearings just about drop in to place with very little force needed with bearing driver.
