easy as pie for anyone with any knowledge of tools and the bike.. take off the side plastics.. and air dam covers.. prop tank up and then take airbox off.. top is about 10 screws - type 1 phillips i believe then take the top off and air filter.. then you see slots where the screws for the volacity stakes are.. remove those to remove those and the bottom of air box.. look right under the crossmember of the main frame and you will see a rubber black flap.. remove that and you will see the plugs.. just pull the boot off and get out the honda supplied tools and get the spark plug wrench.. remove and replace and install all parts the other way around.... go with stock.. go to a advanced auto parts store.. stock is SPARK PLUG (IMR8C-9H) NGK.. about 9 bucks at a autopart store.. dealership is about 20.. what a rip off.. good luck and post for more help if need be

+10 bobjoe nailed it. here in pgh, dealership charges almost 30 bucks each for plugs. i got my ngk iridiums from advance auto for like 8 bucks each. same plug, way cheaper. they should be properly gapped when you buy em but check em anyway, just to make sure. good luck.
