Default plugs

is it to early to change in my f4i it has 7400 miles on it

Well it all depends on wether it feels like you need them or not. Does the bike feel sluggish? also if your about to winterize the bike the bike then it doesnt hurt anything

hurt your wallet if you change it too soon.
take them out, look at them, measure the gap. if you still within spec, don't worry, if not, adjust to correct gap unless the plug looks toasted.
