I said the same thing for the longest till i said f it and tried the 009's. I was very impressed especially coming from shinko....

 

I have only used Michelin PP's for the last few years and have now switched to Pures because I am not willing to risk my life to try a cheaper tire.

What I find odd about Shinko's is their so-called drag tire? I saw guys running them this year and even after burnouts would still spin on launch. Then you have me with my PP 2CT's running almost normal street pressures, no burnout, no wheel spin and running quicker 60 ft times.
