Default Pilot pures?

Who else is running them? Been away for awhile. So I thought I would open up with some discussion! I managed to pick them up right when they came out. Was running strictly Corsa 3's for the road prior. I could burn a set of Corsa's every 3-4k. These new pures have surpassed that mark and are "not" showing nearly the wear the Corsa's did. Handling is exactly the same as the 2ct's but......the traction is Incredible! I would say once warmed up. Better than the Corsa 3's. On edge the pure is very reliable. Confidence inspiring to say the least! For those that like to break their shoes free. These tires are predictable and re-gain traction once broke free very nicely! Im running a rear 55 profile! Holy crap! Talk about turning in! I should of went with this profile along time ago. Rather than go and buy a new bike. Do yourself a favor and put a set of these new shoes on your girl! You will fall in love all over again! Anybody else with some input?

I've only tried the 2CT's but everyone is saying the new Pures, Dunlop Q2's and Pirelli Corsa Rosso's are a nice step up from the previous years models. Any one of them will be a nice improvement. A lot of testers are comparing these tires to the race slicks from 5-6 years ago. Wow.

I would be happy with a season on a set of tires! I usually burn through at least 3 rears and 2 fronts during our 4 month decent riding season......I have discovered that you cant have a High mileage/High performance tire all in one. I choose something that will keep me glued to the pavement. Its cheaper than body plastics.....
