Default Name that part/ torque setting!!

Hello all, i have a question that i cannot find the answer to in the repair manual. i am leaking oil from a plug near my timing inspection cap. anyone know the name for this plug or the torque setting? thanks. 2003 954RR.Name:  IMG_0098.jpg

It should be about the same as the drain plug. I would say hand tight should suffice fine. I would check around it and see if you have a hairline crack somewhere.

That's the lower crankcase sealing bolt, should be a 20mm. Specs call for 22 ft/lbsand also states "Apply a locking agent to the threads"
