how can i change the fan setting to turn on the fan at 1/2 temp or below instead of 3/4?

 

Not possible I think, unless someone makes a programmer for the PCM on these bikes but I doubt it since they're not fuelies. You could fool it with the right resistor in parallel with the wires on the temp sensor but that's probably not a good idea. I've heard of guys making toggle switches for fans but that will definately suck the first time you forget to turn it on. Any reason why you want it to turn on sooner?

 

i don't know how to set up the toggle switch, could you help me out on how to do it? my bike won't run good when it's pass half of heating temp.
